A: For OEM customization (logo/color scheme only), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization(functional adjustments),the MOQ is 100units. The MOQ can be adjusted based on your order volume, and corresponding discounts will alsobe offered. 
 
Q: For the first cooperation, can we get 1-2 samples first totest the performance? Do you support paid samples? 
A: Yes! For the first cooperation, you can apply for 1-2 paid samples. After you are satisfied with the test, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment. Samples are shipped with standard configuration by default. lf you need customized functions (such as specific colors chemes, pre-installed receivers) please contact us for detailed communication.  
 
Q: Can you provide flight tuning support? 
A: Yes. For bulk orders, we offer free online tuning guides (videos+ manuals) for 3 scenarios: racetrack racing, freestyle flying, andindoor practice.

A: Electronic components(motors, ESCs, flight controllers) come with a 1-year warranty under normal use. For specificissues, please consult our customer service.
